On the earlier definitions, the oil level's bob-on, shirley? I'd ensure I had a litre in the boot and crack on

Do you tow a caravan? I’ve towed mine about 1500 miles.

No never, so that might affect it.

Minimum doesn't mean "Empty".
"Half" full would seem to be okay.
3/4 full might give you more peace of mind perhaps.

Nothing wrong with that oil level, its is half way between the high and low marks, nothing to worry about.

Be careful. Over-filling a diesel engine with oil is a really BAD idea.

What do you guys think?
3 times I’ve tried to add a picture , oil level is about 1/2 way down.
be very careful topping up , the level is very sensitive, if you have no messages it is CORRECT. and any deviation up or down will give you a message and tell you how much to add. overfilling will cause you grief and cost!

Thanks for the info guys, I’m just going to leave it. If the car had a dipstick (not the driver) it would be easier to understand as you could see the difference to low. As some have said & ive read elsewhere adding oil to the Volvo isn’t straightforward.
