Default d5252t tuning

i need help for tuning of my d5252t and help other what it takes to tune an d5252t.

my volvo v70 2.5tdi d5252t 1999. 285xxx Km
i have changed out alot of parts:
new timingbelt and waterpump.
new pump belt and timed right using Vida.
air filter and service to engine.
new diesel filter.
glow plugs
and alot of more goodies
automatic is serviced/flushed and shifts like it should.

but injector are going out now and it smoke white/grey/black smoke and misfirring and not running right when starting it on cold days and smokes grey smoke when flooring it. my conclusion is the nozzle that are dripping and not working as should.
last owner didn't pass smog test.

what i found as and alternative:
https://www.darksidedevelopments.co....e-engines.html
A .220 nozzle will drop right into a 90 or 110 Engine almost smoke free without the need for a re-tune and are also perfect to max out the stock turbo once re-mapped
will it fit my car and if not where do i get good nozzles.

i need shims to but didn't find anything so does someone know where to get it.
what should pressure pop be at 0.220 nozzle for my setup, my goal is to get it retuned and get it around 170-180 hp

all help to me is a ton of help to other out there with same problem/solution for an tuning.
