Change workshop info
Hi forum,
Does anyone know where can you change the workshop details in Sensus? I remember when I bought the car, the main branch of the dealer I bought it from was set up. Since I bought it from a smaller branch closer to my home, I decided to change it and I was able to do so. Now the smaller branch changed brands (they are dealing Fiat and other Italian brands) and last time (which was also the first) when I tried to book my car for service from within Sensus, I never got a confirmation back. I blamed it on the change of brands of the small workshop. Long story short, I cannot find anymore the place where to change the shop. I checked the manual and it says it should be done online, under Volvo ID. I checked also there and the option is missing. Does anybody know? Thanks!

I've never managed to set any dealer info into mine!
If someone can describe the process of how it should work I'd be very interested. |

I don't think it worked on uk cars so it might have been deleted from sensus/voc.

You used to be able to change it from the My Volvo ID page, however Volvo has been removing functionality from this page to the point that you can only manage your personal information.
All that being said, it can be changed by your dealer. They may need to get assistance from Volvo UK headquarters (mine did). |
