Here's an interesting item for sale on Italian EBay:

.......a wee bit pricey for a bit of plastic

It's a shame Volvo don't make one for the 240. I had one on my V70 XC and it made a big difference in terms of the amount of crap that stuck to the rear window.

Regards,

Dave A.

These weather spoilers are pretty common in the US, on a range of vehicles as an after market accessory... I've seen a handful of US 240s (mainly early models) with the spoiler fitted. I really like them! As said above, their main purpose is to reduce the amount of dirt resting on the rear window.

That one is very pricey though... But I rarely see them for sale!

Default rear spoiler

I have one available. Took it off since I didn't like the looks on my 245GLE.
Anybody interested in swopping for a nice complete blue loadcover?
If necessary I can make it available ex Hull easily. Or on the next couple of months I will surely be crossing across the UK.
