Default Wiper relay q with pics

Hi folks,

Have been busy sorting out many things on the old bus over the past couple of months (update in due course) in the hope of having the car ready to use every day during the Summer months and now just one more small issue to fix..

I'm almost certain that my windscreen wiper relay has burnt out. I'm really struggling to find it though. Haynes puts it in the passenger footwell, kinda here:

But if I take the shiny cover off that relay and look at the part number, it isn't conclusively the wiper relay (unless anyone can confirm) Part Bosch 0332 015 012.

I have googled the part nos of all the other relays I can find in my passenger footwell, under the carpet and behind the glovebox/passenger vent and none seem to be it..

Any ideas? Car is an '85 saloon.

Thanks!

James

you are close ! just move left to the corner and follow those wires down inside the tunnel part , the relay will be on the end of one of those looms , tucked down the "tunnel "

Thanks very much Clan!

I would have never have found it hiding down there.

Photo in case it helps anyone going forwards. Part number is 1 235 067.
