Hi everyone,i have decided to sell my 240 glt saloon.The reason for this is my other project is nearley ready for the road.I baught her 7months ago as a stopgap until my long running project was competed,using her for the long haul 5up and camping equipment holidays and she never missed a beat,not using a drop of oil/water and returning36+mpg on premium unleaded,what a fantastic mile muncher ive covered 3500+ miles this year on the holiday runs i hope my new car is as good.
I have spent a small fortune on her here are some of the thing ive done.
all belts,water pump and tentioners,full service,4tyres,battery,cluch,mater and slave,exhaust,brakes all round,ball joints,manual box oil,rear axle oil with the addative for lsd and front wheel bearings all this work was done at 158,000 she has done 162,700.she is ex nato diplomatic service vehicle ordered in Germany 1989 in right hand drive and was ordered with all the German options of the time and came back to uk in 1994 and was given a m plate but is now on age related f plate,shes red(best colour)5 speed manual black leather,im going to put her on the bayth first week in oct if any one is interested phone me 01942 203377 after 6pm week days give me your email and i will send any pics you require she has 10 monts mot,6tax.

Maybe a bit high price, I would suggest it's only worth about 5-600 quid. I'd also advise some pictures. This might help you get your price.

Thanks for the above comments,i wish i had the same crystal ball you use as you seem to be able to value a car without even looking at it,asking questions or sending email so i can send pics (lol).
I have done what i said i would do when i met people at the national this year and offer it on the club forum first.as for the price i had would like is what fellow voc club members said she was worth.
