  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Default Volvo On Call Strange Behaviour..

So this evening I tried to remote start my new V60 at the services for a laugh and it said "failed to start". Thought nothing of it and got in the car, off I went...

But now none of the connected apps are working, they just wont connect? I've tried to connect to a WiFi network also as I thought it might be my bluetooth tethering on the iPhone not working; still no joy.

Tried to login to Volvo on Call through the app (as the website hasn't been working for days) - and that fails too, "we encountered a problem".

I wonder if they screwed something up as I asked them to delete my Volvo service account? I've always had to use a different email address as I had a Volvo ID for the TIS which used my main address an cause no end of issues when i first registered!

I have had problems with the website since last week. When I tried to sign in I just got returned to the front page with sign in top right. I tried a different ID nad managed to get in, but that was a couple of days ago. Now neither of them will let me sign in. I cna't even get to the sign in page to enter my ID and password without deleting the cookies that have been put on my PC. Not good.
Going to the dealer tomorrow to set up the On Call app as we didn't have time last week when I collected my new V60 (T5)

Interesting, exactly the issue I am seeing with the login page....loops back to the landing page and then you can’t even get back to sign in bit...

I spoke to my brother earlier and he said that apparently, sometimes they take it down when working on the back end....but this seems to be a gradual failure...

The problems with the car is the most baffling thing, no online content is working, Spotify nor Google Search and the Weather app...

Used the On Call button to speak to a human and she just said everything was reporting fine! I think the OnCall system is somewhat separate to the Volvo ID though...

I have the email address of the Volvo UK CEO. I think an email on this subject is in the offing.

My App is all working fine, just used it to flash the lights & sound the horn.


That's via the mobile app rather than logging into the webpage
