Default V70 2008 boot tailgate refuse to unlock, please help

Hello there i have a big problem with my v70 boot broke down when it been shut and will not open. Will tell you full storry. Didnt drive tge car for probably 4 month then decided to give it a spin but battery was dead. So tooked the battery out charged up and when been putting the battery back in wit spanner touched the poss with the boddy off the car obviously sparks every where. And then drove the car with no problem till i needed to open the boot. That incident with the battery might not be related, but i thought it might as well be the reason. So i cheked the fuse boxes under the bonnet all fuses ok, dont know about relays, than checked all fuses under glove box all fuses ok, than checked the fuses in back and again all fuses was fine. But there is many relays in back and many relays in front and i realy dont know how to check them. Is there a fuse or a relay specialy alocated to open the power tailgate.?Another thing about boot is when you press the boot open on tailgate it self you can hear lock clicking but i cant hear the lock releasing and boot motors engaging, and same happens with remote control after pressing the boot open button. Please help us as we are traveling abroad next week with 3 kids and a dog so traveling without the boot it is realy not an option. Many thanks

If it is the same as earlier models try the cargo area fuse board fuse which is behind the left side cover as you look at the car from the back - fuse number 6 is a 10A fuse that controls the rear door lock.

Check also the relays shown here

The electrical system in a 2008 car is different to a 2000-2007 car I suggest your ask you question in the correct sub forum.
