Firebond will nearly always beat any quote you have, but I would make sure that the level of cover they offer matches what you want. If it's simply cheap you're after, they will probably do the business... call them last.

I've also found Lancaster good for classic policies in the past and the level of cover is generally a little better than Firebond.

HIC (Herts Insurance Co, I think) can be cheap too.

Thanks guys.
I first tried Chris knot but due to my 2 x SP30`s they could not reflect the no claims on my first car(i had the same issue with Lancaster and others). Must say they were very helpfull though.
Firebond however supprised me with a great quote of £160, with no set up or arrangement fees that the likes of Adrian Flux add on after giving their reasonable quote.
So at present Firebond look to be getting my business with the 480 and when renewal comes around for the family 240 GLT i will be calling them 1st.
Thanks Knight

Hi Knight

Try Highway which are very good. They've quoted me cheaper than anyone else with an impending ban for speeding.....
