Default diagnostics errors and turbo burning oil

Hi I need help! I have a 2005 v50 sports 2.0l just had green flag out and the diagonostic codes are coming up with p0380 and u0301 software incompatibility with ecm/pcm.
Had all 4 glow plugs changed just over a week ago so I don't know why the p0380 error is still coming up? I have no idea what the other code means
Also the oil was nearly empty as the turbo is apparently burning the engine oil again I have no clue why it is doing this.
Anyy help or ideas would be much appreciated as I think I've brought a nail but I love it so I need it bringing back to life

Why did you change all 4 injectors? I very much doubt all 4 were in need of replacement.

Have you had the car remaped at all?
