Jonv50D New Member Last Online: Jun 29th, 2019 09:28 Join Date: May 2018 Location: West Yorkshire	Engine oil for 2008 D5 with 164K Hi All, I am after engine oil for my v50 D5 which has 164k on the clock I am thinking of putting 5-30 fully synthetic in it which still meets the ACEA A5/B5 not the 0-30w recommended. With the mileage would I prefer a slightly thicker oil. I change my oil every 6k. Thought I would run it by people on here, see if they can see any issues with it. P.S i have just had a nightmare job on this car!!! doing the front spring and 2 inner CV boots. My spring compressors would not compress that damn spring!!! Thanks, Jon
