2002 Volvo S40 T4 For Sale

The time has come to sell my S40 T4 that I have had for the best part of 8 years. It has unfortunately failed it MOT today, and I no longer have the time nor inclination to repair it myself. The existing MOT is valid till 02/07/2023.

What it failed on:

• Front shocks (both sides)
• Front Suspension top mounts (both sides)
• Oil Leak (shown on MOT as excessive)

Also some advisories for the rear suspension - can look it up on the MOT history online to see the exact things listed.

Mileage is 146000.

Galactica Wheels - Front has Hankook Ventus Prime tyres, fitted 2 years ago, plenty of tread. Rears are budget tyres, but not that old and loads of tread.
Last year I replaced the rear brake callipers, calliper carriers, hubs, pads and disks. Front springs were replaced a couple of years ago as well.

1 key and remote. Remote unlocks but does not lock the car.

Got a few spares knocking around, including a timing belt kit.

It drives fine, and is quite fun with the turbo, and I would hazard it has a good number of the 200 bhp that it started with left.

It is a little rough around the edges, as to be expected of a car its age.

Would be good to see this go to someone who can keep it going for a few more years.

Looking for something around £750, but open to offers.
Located in Salisbury, taxed and insured so able to be driven. V5 present (and in my name)
