Default Rain sensor surround or Gel Pad

I’ve had my windscreen replaced again by the market leader after months of issues and delays while the sourced parts they damaged.
I’m still not entirely happy with the rain sensor surround as it looks like it was done by a five year old and definitely doesn’t look OE quality. I’ve attached before and after photo’s.

Is it possible to replace the sensor gasket alone? Is the original part available?

Thanks in advance.
