Wil a 460 towbar fit a 440 ?

I am about to purchase 2nd hand towbar which came off a 460 and wonder if anyone knows if this will be suitable for my 440. please find below the details from the owner.

I did however try the towbar on the 440. The bumper mountings lined up ok, the only diffrence is the two side arms that bolt to the wheel well in the boot are longer. There is two sets of holes on the side brackets, the end ones were used on the 460, so maybe the inner ones were for a 440? All the wiring for the sockets is the same colours as used on the rear wiring loom so should be easy enough to wire up. Here's a pic, the 460 mountings are the holes on the end with the bolts in, the second set of holes can be seen slightly further forward.

I have included the pic so if anybody with towbar knowledge could cofirm if this will be ok before I buy it would be appreciated

Are there no 440 owners out there with tow bar knowledge.

I have another point to add. Can you get 440 towbars that do not involve cutting out a hole in the bumper?

Towsure list the same towbar for both the 440 and 460. Looks a bit different to the one you have, its priced just over £70 as I recall.
