Default Window regulator

I have a 2001 V70 2.4T. Over Christmas, the passenger window regulator caused the glass to tip making closure difficult. I have had the regulator changed and also the blue blocks that attach to it. After about five or six uses of the window the same happened. I took it to a local garage and they said that the problem may be caused by the window rubber strips. They lubricated the strips and it seemed to work. After a month or so the same problem occurred but I could at least push the window up so that the car is secure. Has anyone any ideas as to how I can solve the problem. Do I need replacement rubbers?

Were the glides' bolts properly fastened (torqued)?
Old "fuzzies" (window channels) show their wear. Are yours splitting and ripping? If not, just make sure they're clear.
