In Sweden it works excellently. We've had to use it a couple of times. Service has been prompt and adequate.
In one case it was a flat tire, and my wife got help changing over to the spare.
In an other it was the one-way bearing on the alternater. Tow truck arrived in the morning, took the car to the workshop, where it was running and ready again after lunch.
But, and that's a big but, they don't apply it to cars older than ten years. Even if you service at Volvo.
