Like most things just because YOU want this to disappear IT wont.

If I was you I would get your facts straight before posting on here..

As you can see from my history on here, I have been a member for a while but only posted a few times.. I have never met Russ or had the pleasure of visiting his well talked about business but from everything I have read before this, witch hunt of a thread, I wouldn't hesitate to..

Admittedly I have spoken to him once on the phone and that was because I wanted some advice on headlights for my T-5R as I'm having it repaired as we speak. He was more than helpful and his knowledge gave me all the confidence to contact him back at any time for more help!! by the way he didn't want any money for his time..

I haven't posted this before but thought about it..

In reading this thread I think, in my personal opinion, that Russ was good to his word at trying to sort out Greg's problem.. I bet, more than alot of us have ever been helped out by any garage before. I could continue but will refrain from getting caught up it a tit for tat arguement..

If Greg had lost confidence in a garage then thats down to him, however, I would have got it sorted before posting this thread, maybe then the tittle would have read,
"RT Mechanics - cheers for all your help!!"

Thank you for answering my question which is more then Russ is capable of.

Why should Greg entrust Russ in sorting out his car when clearly Russ was not capable in doing the job correctly "and to Russ's claimed high standards"in the first place.

Greg is not the only person to have had a similar experience AND lets hope there will not be any more.

sound"s bad to me . what i would do is if you paid by card
is to contact them and tell them you want a charge back
keep all recipes for work have a report done by the company
who done the work and it should not cost you a penny
all the best
