I can't see the attachment that you tried to add FooMan - which could be part of the reason why it is not embedding it into your post?

Now I am starting to think that all these 'issues' you are seeing with the Sensus must be user error.... if you never noticed the paperclip function...

You may have been looking at the post when I had inadvertently deleted it

Tbh, both times I've only remembered to set it running a few minutes before going to the car! However, there was a fair amount of air coming through the vents so I think it'd help. I always have the fan control on level 2 but I'm pretty sure pre-conditioning overrides that and ups the fan setting. My top tip would be to leave as many vents as possible open before leaving the car on a warm day.

Nothing at all. Been away all weekend and just got back in last hour. Waiting to see if they contact me as promised otherwise I'll be on to them first thing in morning. I'm not holding my breath.

Hopefully they will. Really they should be all over it as it is not a minor thing.
