I,ve been around some local scrappies today but no luck! One of them however is collecting two 940's this week and I've to phone him on friday on the off chance that one or both might have an egg box grill !! will let you know how I come on!

That should have said tank straps.
Mine is currently held up with one proper tank strap and one ratchet strap.
Won't pass an M.O.T. like that.

I think it should do!

Ive actually got a late egg crate grille, the type with the chome surround. I had no idea they were that hard to get hold of. I think mine cost £5 from the local scappie.

May finally have mad some progress on the grille.
Got a quote from a place in London for the lights that i want for mine and, on the offchance, i asked if they had any grilles. They said it would be around £110 for a new one from Volvo but they should be able to get second hand after market ones for around £25 -30.
They will hopefully be getting me one next week so you might want to give them a try.
