Front camera as add on

I have V90 2019 with rear camera only and I am asking if it is possible to buy and add front camera and make it fully functional with the display and the system itself. Thank you.

Just front and rear camera isn't a thing. It's either rear camera or 360 degrees camera which has rear, front and sides.

I highly doubt its possible to retrofit.

It's as Snoodini says and it's not possible to retrofit the 360 camera system.

There is a diy kit you can buy online that links a rear view camera to the sensus screen, you could fit one as a front view camera and have a switch to turn it on instead of linking it to the reverse switch cable, this may have legal issues though as it could be left on while driving unless linked in some way to time out.
I have seen these rear view kits being fitted on youtube.
