V70r turbo outlet pipe
Hi there,
I am looking for help. I bought a budget P2 v70r and am working my way through its issues. It has had one of the worst bodges I have ever seen on the outlet of the turbo where it looks like a scaffold pole has been poorly welded and had gasket sealer hold it in position however the hand clamp is still there. If anyone has a spare metal cross over to the charge pipe could you let me know. Next issue i suspect is the MAF where I get Vida codes suggesting problems ie ECM-120D and ECM-121B so if anyone has a working MAF they could sell I can try before I go for a new part. I know it could be a big leak but I notice no difference in disconnecting the MAF in fact it does run better so it suggests it is on its way out. Thanks |

So found out some more info this morning from the very helpful Jamie at PFV. My car has had an older turbo fitted at some point which had a different outlet and hence why the mods had been made to the outlet pipe and existing charge pipe. I need a charge pipe with the v- band end part number 30666126 if anyone has one or I can get the do88 cross get for sale by PFV

Thanks for the overwhelming offers of support and advice, I contacted the incredibly helpful Shemtek and he has sorted me out.
Thanks again |
