Electric 340?
Anyone know of a conversion? I think the 340 might be a good car to convert, quite a lot of space for batteries.

and a fairly light car to start with ,( 950 kg ) fitting lpg tanks each side of the gearbox sounds a better option though :-)

I ran one a B14 for over 200000 miles with LPG , It was an official/Landi-Hartog volvo uk job which they did from 1979 to the mid 1980's before LPG prices rose and they died out . The tank went across the boot at the very rear , it was about 10 inches diameter .
