2006 S60 D5 (185 bhp) 6 speed manual and Elddis Odyssey 544. The car tows it really well and yet i still get very acceptable economy.

To be honest Mike i was unsure about the colour of the car when i bought it last July but it has really grown on me now and it comes up a treat with a good coat of wax.

I could really fancy a twin axle like yours but they charge quite a bit more at the storage sites in our area if it's a twin so we have held off.

Mike, i was thinking about one of those covers for the front of the van for when you are towing. Have you found it worthwhile?
I can set off with a clean van and sometimes ( particularly if going to Hawes ) the front is filthy by i get there.

Cheers Darryl

the silver trim spec sets it off and the colour coded doors too. when that colour is waxed it really looks good.

Don't/wont caravan .. but it uses a towbar so it fits this thread!

3 x Lasers + kit for them all in the boxes .. (only aout 500kg all up that trailer .. ) Wasn't such a fun tow with those boxes sticking out .. About the last thing of note that was hitched up behind the car actually ..

Hopefully gonna have the 18 back soon (3rd and 4th pics - pic 4 with the new suit of sails we acquired for literally pennies!) ... love that boat .. when it works! (18ft hull, + about 15ft bowsprit .. 3 crew total = lightweight, massively overpowered, and dangerous in the wrong hands .. doh!)

(Edit - lighting board was attached properly before we left, but by the time we arrived it had slipped a little .. a mile down an unpaved dirt road probably didn't help )
