Newbie T4 Owner
Hi all New to the forum and new to owning Volvos. I have acquired a 2003 T4 Sport V40 with 103K (barely run in) and i'm wondering a)if there is any sensibly priced centre sections for the front splitter and be what do i need to pay attention to with he car?

Welcome to the forum! Congrats on getting a T4. The centre splitter bit is still available and less than £20, Just paint it.

Volvo dealership or ring Rufe AKA FRF Swansea who post bits and give a discount if you Quote C3 i think.

Go to your local dealer. Its about £18 for an unpainted middle then just pant it yourself in grey or satin black if you're lazy.

Welcome to the forum, Vince. Have a look through the buyers guide (stickied on the front page), that gives a good start for things to check but yours looks pretty clean. T4's can be reliable, can be temperamental, good luck with it .

I took a huge risk and bought with very little S/H, i checked the previous MOTs so see failure rates and items/advisories and got a reciept for the timing belt done at 100k. Broke it in with a faultless and comfortable 500 mile round trip so fingers crossed it'll be alright. Ive got to do the front pads and discs in the next month and perhaps refurbish the Telestos or get Arcadias
