If it turns out to fit/be good quality maybe a group buy would be in order to cut down on shipping costs.
Many thank for replying, I just noticed looking at the ebay listing again, that it say's it is a BOSCH part, so it could well be genuine Volvo part, I'm very tempted myself.

I don't think it is genuine Bosch or Volvo, that sticker doesn't look right to me. But I'll be happy to be proven wrong.
Thing is, the genuine Volvo parts weren't that great anyway, which is why we're tracking them down now, so I'm not too bothered if it is or it isn't. When I come to fit it I'll be sleeving the plastic spigots with some copper pipe to strengthen them internally.

When I said it was a Bosch part, I was not referring to that stuck on lable, No, it says Bosch in the item specifics in the ebay listing, I notice there is also a number embossed on the back of the valve but I can't quite make it out. David.

Hi Mark, I got a reply back from the seller today, he confirms that they are original parts, I've just made a similar offer for one. (any idea on what we may expect regarding import duties) David.

Import duty of around 10% plus VAT @ 20% plus handling fee I would think. But, equally, it might sneak in, will depend on what the seller has put on the CN22.

Mine has shipped, delivery estimate of a week Wednesday.

Actually, ignore the VAT - just looked at my invoice and eBay has collected the VAT. This is the same thing that Amazon does, which means you don't get charged at the border. So it will just be import duty potentially

Hi Mark, your not on your own ! my ebay invoice is, the valve £40, post £10.17, vat £10.03, must have done something wrong/different to you, anyway I'm pleased I found some, and have one on order, I hope it helps others who require a heater control valve. David.

Just realised the heater valve should be here just in time for my 940's 25th birthday, it was registered 11/12/1996, I was registered 8/12/1945 so hopefully in time for my 76th.
