Default 2001 V70 T5 Auto 7-seater 122k

Selling my V70 T5.

I'm the second owner and the car has pretty much full service history. I've had the car since 2019 and when I bought it the gearbox was playing up, so it had a new solenoid pack fitted at a Volvo specialist. The timing belt was also changed in December 2019 so no worries there. It has also had a new genuine Bosch MAF sensor.

Since this time the car has been mechanically absolutely brilliant, and I have been on family holidays to France, Cornwall and Wales where it hasn't missed a beat. It had an oil change last November and drives really well.

Since I've had the car it has had some other new bits and pieces such as battery, tyres, windscreen. The previous owner had fitted a new steering rack, front shocks and alternator so mechanically the car is pretty sound.

It has the full family pack which includes the extra 2 seats in the boot, plus built-in booster seats in the 2nd row, and a fold out table.

MOT until September 2022.

Only negative points are that the car is a bit scruffy, particularly on the driver's side where the paint lacquer has peeled along the "shoulder" of the body work.

On the plus side I have installed an android Sat-Nav/DVD player which is a massive upgrade on the factory tape/CD unit.

Looking for £1300, car located in High Wycombe.

*Also of interest:- Although it probably shouldn't be, this car is ULEZ exempt - I have looked it up on the TfL website and also driven into the ULEZ zones several times, so can vouch for this. If you're in London and looking for a cheap T5 this could be the one for you!

Lot of car for the money, I would bite your hand off it, if only I could offload this Fiat 500 I have sitting around I would take it in a blink. On a side note, what sort of MPG do these T5's return, had a 850 years ago which was around 30 on a run but terrible around town.

I've been getting 29-30mpg on motorway journeys, but around town it's more like 19-20mpg. Been running it on E5 Super from Costco which seems to run very well on.

Could be interested in your 500 depending on which model it is and how much you're after.

Apparently I haven't made enough forum posts to send PMs. If anyone has any queries about the car feel free to email me at jjimi123@hotmail.com and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks,
Jim

Yes, still available. Will probably be going on eBay on the weekend if not sold, but wanted to offer it on here first.
