XC70 to XC90 seat swap

Is it possible to directly swap the front seats from a 2005 xc70 into a 2005 xc90, the xc70 seats are so comfortable.

Hi, do the seats have the same functions?

Ie for example, heated, electrically operated?

If the XC90 currently does not have these features, (and your 70 does), they cannot be added and used without major work.

If the seats are 'dumb' then probably just need the seat sensors ( SRS) swapped which I guess will be easy.

Yes, same functions. Looking to get XC70 seats from a wrecker for the XC90, so the seat mounting bolts are in the same location?

Personally unsure, but a ruler will help I guess.

I suspect they will be the same.

I am surprised you think the V 70 more comfortable. My previous Volvo was a V70, as the one before that.

My XC90 is far more comfortable... But I guess it is a matter of opinion.
