Default Wanted: Volvo S60/V70 manual (turbo petrol r.e V70)

Hello,

It's been a while!
Basically I'm after something (pretty much anything manual) don't mind if it's a facelift or not. Don't mind if it's a V70 or not but slight preference that it's an S60 (as the V70 is on the large side and generally more money to buy)

Budget is probably around 1500

Thanks in advance
Alex

I've managed to find an S60 2.5T (it's upto a mod if they want to lock this thread or could use it for anybody either after any of the above)

I'm possibly after a 2.4 T5 but would have to see what's out there (seemingly nothing currently)

Thanks
Alex

It's probably quicker to drop a T5 engine in your 2.5T than to wait to find a manual 2.4 T5.

They really are getting extremely rare to find. The S60R is much more common.

Haha tell me about it!
Also starting to consider such as t6 V70 and xc70 if it's a petrol but prices are all over 😂 I've done better buying non runners or spares and repairs kind of thing (broken balance shaft sprocket on an a4 estate quattro and the 2.5t s60 with everything on but needed the brake and clutch fluid replacing as clutch was able to be slipped when test driven and just got to see if bleeding it has helped or if its the same but otherwise seems a good buy)

I've seen the silver s60r but prefer the fwd as there's no angle drive sleeve to replace or 4c

Thanks

Wow! That is in good nick!.. strong money too.
It is definitely getting to the stage now where the facelift T5 and general higher spec models are getting rare.

I’ve got a fully-loaded t5 auto and trying to track down possible replacement xenon headlights that are not crazed on the inside is proving challenging and close to being prohibitively expensive.
