The date and time of the code read to which the Initial State is referring is shown in the Initial State tab.
Every time you do an updated code read, the date in Initial State updates too.

With different class injectors that have also been modified by a 3rd party being currently installed, I can't see beyond that to be honest.
I'm not saying that it's definitely the solution to have 5 x unadulterated matching class injectors paired with the ECM but until that is eliminated, it's a bit of an elephant in the room.

Default Scrappy Injectors

Clutching as straws...
A Nottingham Volvo Breaker did me a deal on a known runner, full set, from the same engine injectors. CLASS 2.
New copper Bosch washers from Eurocarparts.

Swopped them all out, the injector ports were very clean from the replacement of the refurb injectors. I didn't use new injector clamps though or HP fuel supply lines.

VIDA Programmed INJ optimization to (2).

Still the same... Grrrr Really thought she'd be considerably better!

The more posts I find and read, the more I'm coming to a conclusion the only way to fix is genuine Volvo injectors, new clamps, washers and HP fuel lines. Holly molly that is a lot of £££ on a project with low/fair compression.
