Xenon headlight failure

I've got a failed Xenon headlight on drivers side on my 2011 S60 SE 2.0D
Ive changed the bulb, no good, I've changed the ballast, still not working. Bulb and ballast checked on passenger side and all working. So what now? Am I right in thinking the fuse is for both sides? So that is ruled out, right ? The wiring between the ballast and the bulb? Is that my next try?

Finally got this fixed. After trying bulb, ballast and wiring loom turned out to be a broken wire within the headlight itself. I didn't fix it myself. Paid a local garage to do it so not sure which wire it was. Just glad to get it sorted.
