  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

My apologies then if my comment got a bit personal.

And if he had just said, RTFM, I would agree with the sentiment in this comment. But he didn't, he provided the exact page from the manual for anyone to read the procedure as recommended by Volvo.

I also think you're initial comment was indeed worthwhile and helpful, but I think Easington was just trying to add to the thread, providing additional information. Maybe one, or both of us read context in to the comment that wasn't there.

I may be wrong here, but you appear to have taken it as personal insult, that required defending, and then went on to infer that if you refer to the manual you have no common sense. (and must be an idiot)

Hopefully we'll both be able to move on with our lives in this trying time, despite this misunderstanding and celebrate that Yelper has managed to pull out his wiper, ooh, er,missus.
