Default V70 2.4 manual 2001 12 months MOT

It is with deep regret, and a bad leg, that i am reluctantly selling my V70 due to needing a car with a more upright driving position. I bought it in 2014 with a shot clutch thrust bearing and fitted an LUK clutch and slave cyl. A few months later it had a full service and cambelt. Since then it has given reliable service, needing only the usual consumables such as tyres ETC and has had an oil change yearly. New rear brakes fitted last year and a new O/S driveshaft a few months ago. It has full history - service book stamped up by 1st owner, 2nd owner kept every bill & i have done the same. Oh, and i'm a mechanic by the way. Maroon in colour, some dinks and scrapes but generally presentable it runs and drives very well. The elephant in the room? It's just turned 200,000 miles but shows no sign of it! I'll have some pics available tomorrow, i,m hoping to get around £500 for it but a good home is equally important. Thanks for reading!

200k is about the average for the Volvo's I've been looking at in this price bracket, no elephant about the 5-pot's ability to go half a million IMO. The history side of things is helpful too. If we were in the market for a petrol this sounds like it'd be worth a look.

Sorry you're having to sell & best of luck finding a good home for it.
