Wow - seems I'm only the second with a S40/V50 T5 to post...

Heated seats (one of the best additions)
Other fun stuff - previous owner had too much money I think (and I'm very thankful)

Managed to break it on the AutoBahn (blocked crank case breather tube in the oil filter housing) - expensive fix, but it drives like a dream now. And I don't want another Volvo without the AWD - it makes it stick so well...

I'd love to mod it, but as I am currently having my Spitfire restored and modified I don't think my wife would be happy...

But lets face it, even standard they are not slow are they

Mine is a 1999 S70 T5 in Moondust Silver or is it Moonglow? anyway looks nice when sun shines on it!

Air con (Needs sorting but its hardly ever warm enough in N Scotland to need it!!)

Sitting on Kumho Boots which seem to be a good wearing tyre (15000Mls so far)

I had a Beemer 325 before but the T5 is a much better car (Tho the BM had a lovely sounding exhaust) and it is a brilliant towcar for my 18ft caravan

By the way I have lost the grill covering the towing eye anyone know where to get one at a reasonable price?- apart from overpriced dealership!

Howdy

I have an ex-Surrey Police V70 T5 in white
remapped to 300bhp
All the usual plod stuff, holes in the roof (now populated by many aerials as radio communication is my business)
Blaupunkt Toronto DAB stereo
VDO MS5400/Pro SatNav
Other wireless communication equipment by the bucket load
Running on Goodyear Excellence rubber all around.

Has a slight fault with the climate control - passenger side is always cold. I don't sit there, so it's somebody else's problem!!!

Thinking about converting to LPG, toying with remapping/upgrading engine for more power!
