The car was ready for me to collect within 24 hours so I was pleased with the overall service provided and I can claim back my cab fare paid for collection.
When you say Volvo assistance. Is that included in the deal, or an add on?

Volvo assistance was in the pack along with 3 years service/parts and oops insurance, I paid for an insurance to make up any difference in the event of a write off claim which I think covers 3 years. I had to suspend my AA cover but this will be started again when Volvo assistance finishes after the first year.
