Ideally, ...a harness is what you need so you can plug it straight in !
You may also need another lead or an adaptor for the aerial as it has a different plug !
If you can't get a harness,.. just tap in to the leads either by soldering or scotch blocks !
This should help identify the wires http://www.tehnomagazin.com/Auto-rad...-Connector.htm

Is there a harness set of this kind, because Volvo HU has 2 slots, and the radio I have ordered has only one slot?

Don't take too much notice of me, because it's a long time since I've messed about with car stereos (more than happy with my HU unit once I'd added a bluetooth module!)

However, I reckon that your new stereo doesn't use the standard ISO connectors and so you might struggle to find an adapter harness, in which case you'll be left with either:

A) buying an HU to ISO harness and butchering it to connect the plug which comes with the new stereo.
Or
B) butchering your car's existing wiring to connect it to the plug which comes with the new stereo.

EDIT
Actually, thinking about it, the current plugs which connect to your Volvo HU have (I think) a female 2.8 mm spade fitting, so maybe you could just crimp male 2.8mm spade connectors onto the plug that comes with your new stereo, then plug those straight into the corresponding holes on your existing wiring loom? Would save hacking about the existing wiring...
