Question Feelers out for interest

I am likely going to be opting into a company car scheme, and so my V40 will be up for sale. At the moment, I'd just like to gauge the likely interest in it.

It's a 1998 2.0T CD Auto, has 147,000 on the clock.

Original specification, not modified. Full leather, sunroof, cruise, foglights etc.

Admitedly it looks a little tired but then it's done a lot of motorway miles, It has stone chips on the bonnet and one or 2 parts of trim/skirt are cracked or broken. Sailed through it's last MOT.

Cambelt, aux belt and fuel pump were all replaced earlier this year would say it's done less than 5,000 miles since. Boost control solenoid replaced 1,000 miles ago in an attempt to solve the problem listed below.

Drives fine BUT the turbo is not working and hasn't for about 3,000 miles. Don't know why, not had time/chance to investigate fully, could be something really simple, but also could be something more expensive, I really can't give more info than that. It drives like a normally aspirated 2L at the moment, no strange noises, no smoke.

I've owned this car for 100,000 miles and before that my father owned it from when it had 10,000 on the clock, so I know the whole history, and have paperwork for most of it.

I'd let it go for £750-£1000.

What's the concensus on if it would attract a buyer?

Thanks

Simon
