Thank you very much SonyVaio for the info. which I appreciate, but by the time I add £10 postage, I can get them cheaper at my local Volvo dealer.

It does depend on what your buying obviously but if you are after a few bits or some higher priced items such as wheel bearings etc... then FRF are very hard to be beaten on price.

Hello

I've not found this to be the case. Ordering aux belt tensioner, belt and idler pulley (so quite heavy) and the postage wasn't crippling.
