Default What engine code model code

I have an S80 2010 1.6drive diesel, trying to find out what engine code and what model code, I see a lot of P2 P3 or D2 and so on, I'd like a workshop manual but finding it hard to track one down for my year.

Thanks for any help

no D4164T is a 1.6D

D4162T is the " D2" from 2010 model year onwards.

as from 2010 D4 D5 D2 D3 etc are not engine types they are engine power ranges.

If you Do have a D2 has the filter got a blue dot on the top? if not get a proper Volvo one which is higher capacity otherwise you are likely to get fuel starvation.

Thank you,
Mine is a 2010 1.6drive, I've seen other Volvos with the D2 and D5, I didn't know about the fuel filters, mine didn't have a blue dot on top, the bosch replacement I bought was identical to what came out.
I'll look into getting a Volvo one.
I take it the Volvo ones are longer as I can't see a wider one fitting in the bracket.
