5 Speed Gearbox For Auto Conversion

Hi
I'm looking for parts or a complete damaged car to convert my auto 940. M90 would be prefered but might consider M47 if mileage is low. Will also need a rear axle. I have been offered a diesel clutch but I still need all the other bits.

If you have a turbo I would not use the M47. The Mk2 version of M47 may work, but you would be better off going for the M90. Check the rear axle (differential) ratio as it may be suitable to use.

My car is a non Turbo although I might fit one at a later date. The rear axle is a 3.9 so I think I will have to change it. It would probably be brilliant for towing and accelleration but the fuel would cost a fortune on a long trip !
