  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

i have v70 d5 2002 the drivers door switch module has started clicking and the windows and mirorrs dont work is the electric module repairable thank you

Hello, I believe not for two "reasons". I've tried cleaning the old ones and never got anywhere. I wouldn't think the newer design would be too different or responsive to repair efforts like mine. Since the new ones are said to be married to the car and thus non-interchangeable; you may as well have at a repair attempt. Kira

Probably bad news but with nothing to lose it is always worth remaking the electrical connections and giving it a clean. Sometimes the gods smile upon our efforts!

Had this problem on the drivers window when I got mine. Got a replacment, but all the numbers have to match for it to work. They're generally £20 - £60 on ebay depending upon how greedy the breaker is!
