Grill upgrade

Hi folks
New to the forum. Just bought a 55 v50 2.0D sport and loving it. just want to start tweaking it looks and wandered if the later black slatted grill will fit.

The later grill won't fit as they're a different shape, you can get a S40 'eggcrate' grill from the same year and it will fit, I think the facelift was 08 or 09 so any grill from an s40 or v50 from 2004 will fit, I've fitted an aftermarket grill to my S40 was only about £30, I then sold the original eggcrate grill to a member on here and he's fitted it to his V50

got the grill from the FK automotive site they do a few different styles decent quality and a lot cheaper than a volvo one, fitting video

Like the grill scoob, was thinking of 1 for my C30.
Doddle to fit too, should be the same on mine.

Yep should be just as easy on the C30, been trying to persuade the girlfriend to do her black C30 R Design but she thinks it makes the car look mean/evil so she not going to do it...

They were on sale in December for £17 delivered but couldn't tempt the girlfriend

The 'eggcrate ' is the one i'm after as mine is the vertical chrome one and just looks too formal. S40 one a straight fit(clips etc)

Yep the S40 one is a straight swap although it'll probably to cheaper to get an aftermarket one

Up to 27 now. Mine is a facelift, so not sure if its the same fit.
