Default lights in window control? (MY17 XC60)

A bit picky I know, but with all the outside world turning to rats*** I'd like my little world to be perfect...and it isn't.
One of the lights behind my window switches has died, the other three being illuminated ok. At least - for now!
is this an easy fix, or are these things part and parcel of the whole control panel in the door?
as my extended warranty has now expired i'm looking for a quick cheap fix!
cheers.

I don’t think they are repairable.
On the main switch, the drivers one went out first on my MY2016 car and now the one immediately behind it has gone.
The individual switch in the rear near side had also gone, and I replaced the switch. Incidentally, they are different switches on the prefacelift mk1 and the fitting is quite different. I had to do some work with the Dremel to get it to fit!

I had the same issue this year and had the entire module replaced by my extended warranty. I think around £200 for the part plus fitting time.

Probably repairable if you have the time and ability

Time? For sure.
Ability? Hmm....have to get back to you on this.
I do have an extended warranty, will have to see if it covers electrical stuff. It's certainly not an accessory!

Is it a Volvo warranty? If it is then it should cover it as mine did

No, the volvo one expired in April. I shopped around, and got a really good deal from warranty direct. 27 months, £150ph labour, for the cost of 12 months volvo plan. Will be checking to see if I'm covered. Cheers though!
