XC90 MY19 continual parking sensor issues

Hi, I have a MY19 XC90 which has had continued (intermittent) parking sensor issues since about 3 months old - delivery was June 18. When reversing you sometimes get no audible beep and also the yellow lines on the camera remain and continue ‘through’ the object you reverse up to. Has anyone else had this issue? A few software updates and complete resets have been undertaken but still has not fixed the problem. To be fair I’ve also had issues with the collision warning and braking going off at random too, and Sensus randomly resetting itself, but these have improved since it’s last software update. Anyone any ideas?

Do you have a 'factory fit' tow bar? They're actually dealer fitted and they damaged the rear parking sensor wiring when they fitted mine.
