Default V60 2013MY D2 SE audio issues/questions

Hi
My V60 D2 SE (non-nav) audio has four annoying “features”:
1. When playing mp3 tracks from a USB stick, it always plays tracks from an album in alphabetical order, not track order, even though these are correctly encoded when ripped i.e. the track number is set in the metadata. However if the track has been named in the format 01-trackname (etc) they play in the correct order. Any ideas how to get the player to work “correctly”? I don't really want to have to rename 200+ albums!
2. When the radio plays a TPS announcement, if you adjust any control (usually volume), the radio then stays tuned to the channel broadcasting the announcement, even after it ends, so you have to reselect the original station.
3. If you have the radio on, but the volume at zero - so that you can still hear TPS announcements, if you cancel the TPS (e.g. it’s not relevant) by pressing “exit”, the TPS stops but the radio comes back on at default volume. This is really annoying!
4. The screen doesn’t display which station is broadcasting the TPS- every other car we’ve had with TPS and RDS has shown this.

Is this all expected behaviour, or is there a problem?
Thanks for any advice.
