Information
  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

From barn find to cover article! Probably the first Volvo 165 to be on the front cover of a car magazine! Although I´ve now learned that my car was featured with a picture and small articles in at least three car magazines when it was new in 1972/73. I know since before that it was in swedens biggest car magazine Vi Bilägare (that I work for, and thats how I found the car), but it was also in the american Car & Driver magazine and in Volvos customer magazine Ratten!

i met jj when i was in australia in october/november and asked him about the 165 and he said that it's going albeit slowly. it's apparently at the paintshop and waiting it's turn to get painted.
