Correct about the Intercooler, plus Engine Rad = 2 as there is no Transmission rad being manual.

While HQ have advised that 'k-seal' have no outlets in Morocco, nearest is in Spain, and have not found eBay over here.

Radiator pack consists of AC condenser , Coolant Radiator and Intercooler , all 3 fixed together with screws and plastic hooks ... That is why it is easier to take the lot out downwards in one go and separate on the floor . You would needto get the AC gas taken out before though and refilled after . But i'm sure a radiator sealer would do the trick , but pour it into the radiator after removing the top hose rather than the coolant bottle so the stuff gets straight to where it is needed .

Thanks for the clarification of the set up of 'Rads'.

I hope we last long enough to make it back home as I was planning to take the top hose off and get the k-seal direct into the rad.

It's just a case now of keeping an eye on it as well as the coolant level 'sensor' doing what it is supposed to, which was when I found out the rad was leaking!
