Default V40 questions

Hello guys, i've recently acquired a 2014 D2 V40 for the wifey. Even if it's a (hated) D2, the car is fine, with few km on the clock (close to 60k) well serviced and taken care of. Had a full head to toes check on it looking for the usual culprits of this model (injectors are fine) and other than some clutch wear, nothing came out. Did a preemptive job and replaced the whole clutch solely for my own peace of mind as my wife comes from a low CC petrol Golf and would have most likely killed it with her forced shifts.

Two things bug the hell out of me (and me alone, i'm guessing):

1. there's a (quiet) tick in the passenger's under dash fuses box when i'm switching to/from high beams (not continuous, just when on/off). I don't have it in my 2011 XC60 (or don't hear it) but i remember noticing it in a friend's 2014 S60 also. The fuse box cover is there, nothing seems out of place and the service guys (Volvo cars only service) told me it's normal but it annoys the heck out of me even though it's barely noticeable and only if the radio is off and there's no outside traffic noise.

2. can anybody help me out with a steering wheel chrome/aluminum decor trim parts code or point me in the right direction to ordering one? i only find it along with the whole steering wheel. The current one is the "satin" peeling crap one and even though the damage is minor, it will spread like wildfire, so i'm looking to replace it ASAP.

Thank you,
Mike
