Whirring buzzing noise nearside front!?

Hello forum

Love my XC60. Bought new in 2016 and have done 26,000 miles..

However, there is an intermittent noise coming from the nearside front wheel area.. I first noticed this before its first annual service. I mentioned it to the dealer and a mechanic even came for drive with me but the noise didn't sound.

This whirring / buzzing noise generally occurs during the first 10 minutes from a cold start then disappears. Braking sharply or slowly does not make a difference. I then thought it might be a buzzing electrical noise but I have no idea really.

The noise hasn't occurred for a good few months but now its back hence my thread. Anybody any ideas please?
