Brand new jack, wheel brace, foam centre etc

I have a brand new jack, never used and still in box which was supplied by my dealer when I brought the car as he thought it was missing, but it was only the tempa wheel. I also have the wheel brace, foam insert which sits in the spare wheel, or is used to store the tyre inflating kit ( not included)and the bolt that holds it all secure.
Part numbers are
Jack : 31381619 and says on it that its suitable for v70,s80,s60,v60 £20.00
Wheel brace:31381637. £ 5.00
Anchorage bolt: 31280351 £ 5.00
Foam insert: 31362446. £ 10.00
Or £35.00 the lot

how much to post this .I live in Lincoln and am picking up a v70 MY 2012 on tuesday.I assume the only thing I would then need to get is a spare wheel'

hi,have you still got the jack.What year v70 is it for? I have got everything else so just need a jack just depends how much to post to me in Lincoln.
