Default C30 D5 - Rear bumper options?

2007 C30 D5 (with horrible bare plastic trim on the arches/lower bumper)

Unfortunately my late stepfather had managed to have some contact reversing in his time

So I'm looking to replace the rear bumper, his model has parking sensors (ironically), and I'm hoping it's possible to retrofit an R Design bumper?
I know I'd need to find one with the double exhaust cut-out sections but am I right in thinking that an R Design one will fit ?

On the pre-facelift C30 the R-Design bumper comes with both cut-outs as standard. There is a blanking piece fitted for the single pipe models.
